| Link: www.toondoo.com: Create your own cartoon! | Creating an account takes about two seconds. You only need to provide a username choice, password choice, and email to sign up. Unlike a lot of websites, you don't need to provide info like dog's middle name (They don't have middle names, just initials, like good old Harry S. Truman), favorite member of the Spice Girls (too hard to choose, I'll let you know after I go to their reunion concert), or year you graduated from Sunday school (I'm taking it as a correspondence course).
After that it is time to create a piece of art. You can choose how many slides you want and then get to work. There are many different objects, people, etc. to drag and drop into your scene. You can even upload your own pictures to import into the comic strip. Take a picture of a friend or family member and morph it into something good! See a picture on a website you would like to use? You can put in the pictures web address and toondoo will import the picture. Once you import the picture you can actually play with it, stretch it, rotate it, or do anything to make it come to life. When finished you can save it your own account or publish it for the world to see! | |
